This candle was first introduced as a limited edition to help a friend of ours during her battle with cancer. When that offering was gone we had so many people request the sold out candle for a friend or family member battling cancer we decided to release it again in a different scent and not attached to a charity. This candle is simply offered as a form of support or expression. We created a simple and clean untinted candle in a modern industrial brown jar to accent your eclectic decor and the crackle of a hand cut wooden wick to add to the experience. 🌚🌚🌚🌚Usage🌚🌚🌚🌚 Always burn your candle for one hour per inch in diameter of the vessel. Always light your wooden wick at the very short end of your trimmed wick, near the wax. Keep your wick trimmed to 1/8-1/4 inch before each burn to ensure a clean and even burn. Never leave a candle unattended, burn under furnishing (yep people try that) or extinguish with water ( not kidding, someone did that too). Storing your unlit candles with the lids on and out of sunlight exposure will preserve the scent and appearance. Once you have lit your candle, waiting for the smoke to clear upon blowing it out before lidding it will maintain scent. **PLEASE bear with us while we navigate the pandemic. BURNING INSTRUCTIONS Keep wick centered & trimmed to 1/4" to ensure even burning & prevent flame from becoming too large. Burn only on a stable, heat resistant surface for no more than four hours at a time. Stop using when only 1/4" of wax remains. Do not move candle while burning or if wax is hot. Always consult your veterinarian to be certain that candles can be used in the same space with your familiar and exercise caution with open flames around them. ----CANDLE BURNING INSTRUCTIONS---- The basics of lighting and enjoying your wooden wick candle are simple, but there are a few things to keep in mind- ✂It is IMPORTANT to trim a wooden wick to 1/8” – 3/16”, and no longer. If the wick is too long, the wax will not pull up the wick, and the flame will dim or even extinguish. ⛔️NEVER remove wax from around the wick, it starves the wick and creates a tunnel. If your wooden wick is extinguishing shortly after lighting it, trimming is the problem. Simply give it a trim with wick trimmers, nail clippers or simply snap the char off with your fingers or tap if off with your lighter and remove the wick bits, light it at the wax level and you'll be crackling away!!
